  • Brand Transformation - EHE Health

    As the SVP of Marketing at EHE Health, I led the company through a brand transformation that resulted in six new enterprise clients within the first year and $6 million in annualized revenue (in only the first year). Over the course of my 3 years leading marketing at EHE Health, revenue grow by 66% and NPS of our clients improved by 30%. In 2022, EHE Health had their best financial year ever in the company’s 113 year history.

  • Growth Expert - ASPCA Pet Insurance

    In 2010, Matthew took over all direct-to-consumer marketing for the ASPCA Pet Health Insurancebrand. Over the 5 years working at Hartville Group and the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance brand, Matthew and team helped grow revenue from $15 million to nearly $85 million. The rapid growth of the brand and company resulted in the purchase of the Hartvile Group by Crum & Forster in 2013.

  • Digital Transformation - NY Daily News

    In 2014, Matthew Joined the New York Daily News as the Head of Audience Development and Analytics. The New York Daily News was losing readership on their daily newspaper readership in rapid fashion. They needed to build a digital following and fully transition to digital readership base before it was too late. Through the rollout of a new technology stack, we were able to increase the NYDN digital readership by 400% and increase engagement by 50%. Overall digital revenue improved by 5x within one year.

  • BMW USA - Performance Marketing

    While working at Critical Mass, Matthew oversaw a team focused on both the online and offline user experience for BMW North America that resulted in a 24% improvement in lead growth YoY in 2018.

    Additionally, as the Digital AOR for BMW USA, Critical Mass was called upon to run their digital experience, digital media, SEO and social programs. Our management of these programs resulted in cost efficiencies for BMW and surpassing other rivals in the luxury automotive space in terms of sales and profitability.

  • Growth Expert - EHE Health

    As the SVP of Marketing at EHE Health, I led engagement and member marketing for the organization. During my 3 years at EHE Health, member engagement and participation grew from 25% to 30% and resulted in an additional $30 million in additional revenue.

    This growth is revenue was achieved by focusing attention on addressable audiences and channels that could drive participation with patients and increase existing client revenues by 10% annually.

  • Brand Transformation - Honeywell

    Supported Honeywell in the transformation of their brand, which was viewed as out of date and not relevant to their space (industrial conglomerate).

    In addition, developed Honeywell’s Global Performance Operating Model to support its brand relaunch in 2019, which provided evidence to show how brand communications impacted demand marketing. Honeywell’s brand perception improved by 25% within their targeted industry and they had several existing customers express their interest in other product verticals as a result.
